Contact Lost Level.
Email contato@lostlevel.com.br with TRIZ in the subject. Include your device model, system and game versions, language, pack and room, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot may help if you choose to share one. Do not send passwords, access codes or card details.
TRIZ is in development for iPhone and iPad in landscape, with iOS/iPadOS 17 or later. This page does not announce a release, download link or date for public availability.
Reach the door. Question the route.
Hold the arrows to move. Tap the jump button for a short jump or hold it to go higher; you can move and jump together. Green gems change gravity, green strips reverse the arrows, and moving platforms can carry the character.
After falling, tap the circular button to retry. Pause keeps your attempt while the app stays open. Reopening the game returns you to the entrance of your last room: your exact position within an attempt is not a save point.
What does each pack contain?
- Pack 1 — A test of trust: 16 included rooms.
- Pack 2 — Work in progress: 32 rooms, with separate progress and records.
- Pack 3 — Rock Bottom: 29 rooms, with separate progress and records.
- Pack 4: in the works, with no rooms available or purchase in this version.
In the current development version, Packs 2 and 3 unlock through a simulated purchase with no charge. Its confirmation is not an App Store purchase and does not create an Apple receipt. TRIZ has no ads. The planned release model is optional in-app pack purchases, with no subscription.
When real purchases become available, paid packs will be non-consumable products, with their price and conditions shown before confirmation in the App Store. Simulated unlocks from this stage do not represent a future purchase.
Progress and access are separate.
The game stores unlocked rooms, the selected pack and room, falls, records, completions and preferences on your device. Each pack keeps its own campaign. There is no Lost Level account or complete progress syncing between devices.
In Settings, Restore simulated purchases only reloads test unlocks still stored on this device. It does not check your Apple Account, recover a deleted file or bring back room progress. Deleting the app and its data or changing devices may remove both progress and these unlocks. Contact support before reinstalling to fix a fault.
For a future real App Store purchase, recovering an eligible pack will follow the restoration controls and the Apple Account used to buy it. Recovering access does not recover a save. Real charges and refund requests follow Apple’s support process and applicable rights; the current simulated version makes no charges.
Make yourself comfortable.
In Settings → Language, choose Device, PT-BR or EN-US. Music, sound effects, vibration and Reduce Motion have separate controls. Reduce Motion removes shaking and extra particles; it does not remove the platform movement needed for play.
Audio respects the device’s silent mode. If you cannot hear the game, check that mode, the volume, and the music and effects controls. Vibration depends on your device and selected setting.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Rooms in unlocked packs work offline. Game Center sign-in is optional and begins when you tap Connect. The online leaderboard is not enabled in this version: the highest completed room shown is local. There are no achievements, and Game Center does not sync saves.
The game requires no studio account and uses no ads or third-party analytics. An optional Apple connection, opening this website and sending email follow the services used for those actions. See the Privacy Policy.
If the game stops or progress is missing.
Close and reopen the app, and check that the expected pack and room are selected. If a save or restoration error appears, note the message and contact support before deleting data. Avoid reinstalling as your first step: Lost Level does not keep an automatic copy of your progress.
