Your path.
Your data.

What stays on your device and what happens when you use optional services, the website or support.

About this policy.

TRIZ is an independent game by Thales Schmalz Toniolo, publishing as Lost Level. This policy describes the current development version for iPhone and iPad, these pages and support. For questions or data requests, email contato@lostlevel.com.br.

The game requires no Lost Level account, has no ads, and uses no advertising tracking or third-party analytics. We do not automatically send your progress files to a studio server. Apple services, website hosting and email may process information as described below.

What the game stores on your device.

To maintain your campaign, the app saves your selected pack and room, unlocked rooms, total falls, best fall counts and times, completions per room, and progress history from earlier content revisions. It also stores language and preferences for music, sound effects, vibration and reduced motion.

This data stays in the app’s local storage so you can return to rooms and view records. You do not need to provide a real name, email or another registration to play. TRIZ does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access for gameplay.

Apple and optional Game Center sign-in.

You can play offline without connecting Game Center. If you tap Connect, Apple handles authentication. The game uses your nickname and authentication status to show the connection. We do not receive your Apple Account password.

The online leaderboard is not enabled in this version, and the app does not submit scores. The highest completed room shown is calculated locally. There are no achievements, and progress does not sync in full through the cloud.

Using Game Center may involve Apple processing account and activity data under its own controls. See Game Center & Privacy and the Apple Privacy Policy. System, distribution, backup and diagnostic services also follow your device and Apple Account settings.

Packs and purchases at this stage.

Packs 2 and 3 unlock through simulated purchases with no charge. The app stores unlocked pack identifiers in a local record separate from progress. Restore simulated purchases only reloads that record on the same device; it does not check Apple purchases or recover a deleted record.

The planned release model is optional non-consumable pack purchases through the App Store. Real purchasing is not yet available in this implementation. When it becomes part of the game, we will update this policy to describe purchase and restoration data and procedures. Simulated unlocks do not constitute Apple receipts or purchase rights.

Retention, backups and deletion.

Progress, preferences and simulated unlocks remain on your device while retained by the app and system. Deleting the app and its data through system controls may remove these records. This version has no in-app button to delete all progress.

Game data may be included in device backups when available and enabled, under Apple’s controls. This does not guarantee recovery or syncing between devices. Lost Level does not keep an automatic copy of your save and cannot recover a local file that is no longer available. Contact support before reinstalling to fix a fault.

This website.

The website uses no ads, analytics, tracking cookies or remote fonts. Language selection uses links. On the studio homepage, the tab may store only the identifiers of the last three featured games to avoid repetition; this record does not identify visitors and is not sent to the studio.

Hosting uses Amazon S3 in us-east-1 in the United States and Amazon CloudFront with global distribution. We have not enabled S3 or CloudFront access logs. AWS processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses and request metadata. Opening external links uses your browser and the services you choose.

Support messages and your rights.

When you email contato@lostlevel.com.br, you share your email address, message and any attachments you choose. We use Google Workspace to respond, investigate problems and handle requests. Do not send passwords, codes or card details.

We retain these messages for as long as needed to provide support and meet applicable obligations. Through the same email, you can request information, access, correction or deletion of data sent to Lost Level and exercise other rights under applicable data protection law. We may ask only for information needed to verify and handle the request. Controls for data held by Apple follow Apple’s own channels.

Providers and changes.

Apple, AWS and Google may process information outside Brazil according to the services used and their policies. See AWS data privacy and Google Workspace data protection. Using these services does not mean Lost Level sells your data.

We will update this page and its review date when new integrations or processing changes become part of the game. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
