1. About these terms
These terms cover TRIZ and its official features. The responsible developer is Thales Schmalz Toniolo, an independent Brazilian developer publishing as Lost Level. Send questions to contato@lostlevel.com.br.
They supplement the platform’s conditions and rights under law. For copies obtained through the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA applies unless the store supplies a specific license. This page does not replace that agreement or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
2. Age and permitted use
Follow the applicable age rating, platform age requirements and, for minors, guardian permission and supervision where required. Platform family controls can help manage access and future purchases.
You may play a legitimately supplied copy for personal use under its license. The game, identity, artwork, music and effects belong to the owners listed in the credits. Distributing copies and reselling content require permission, while uses and exceptions allowed by law remain available.
3. Current version’s features
TRIZ is a room-based platform game for iPhone and iPad, in development. Pack 1 has 16 included rooms, Pack 2 has 32 and Pack 3 has 29. Each pack maintains separate progress and records. Pack 4 is in the works, with no playable content or purchase in this version.
Unlocked rooms work offline without a Lost Level account. There are no ads, subscriptions or sales of lives and energy. Game Center sign-in is optional; the online leaderboard is not enabled yet. There are no achievements, and the platform does not sync complete saves.
Development status and website materials do not promise a release date, immediate public access or availability in every region.
4. Simulated unlocks at this stage
Packs 2 and 3 use simulated purchases with no charge. Confirmation unlocks test content on this device, without making an App Store purchase or issuing an Apple receipt. There is no real price to pay in this implementation.
Restore simulated purchases only reloads the unlock record still present on the device. It is not an Apple Account restoration, does not recover records deleted when the app is removed, and does not restore progress. A simulated unlock is not a paid purchase and does not automatically become a right to a future real purchase.
5. Future optional pack purchases
The planned release model is in-app pack purchases through the App Store as non-consumable products: one payment for a pack, with no recurring renewal. These real purchases are not available in this version. Price, currency, content and conditions must be presented before confirmation; a pack’s appearance on this website is not an active sales offer.
When this feature becomes available, access from a valid purchase will depend on store confirmation. Restoration of an eligible pack will follow the Apple Account used and restoration controls, without guaranteeing save recovery or transfer to another platform. An Apple-confirmed refund or revocation may end the corresponding access, subject to applicable rights.
For a real charge made by Apple, see Apple’s refund procedure. If a paid benefit is not delivered, also contact our support. These terms do not prevent a refund, correction or another remedy available under law.
6. Progress, updates and availability
Pack and room selection, unlocks, falls, records, completions, history and preferences stay on your device. Pause keeps an attempt while the app is open; reopening starts the room at its entrance. Restoring pack access does not restore this data.
Deleting the app and its data or changing devices may cause progress and simulated unlocks to be lost. System backups, when available and enabled, follow Apple’s controls. Lost Level does not keep a complete save on its servers. Seek help before reinstalling to fix a fault.
Faults, compatibility and service outages may affect optional features. Updates may fix problems and adjust content. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, respecting acquired rights and legal support and supply obligations. Development status does not remove those obligations.
7. Responsible use
Do not tamper with transactions, obtain paid access through fraud, attack services or access another person’s data. Reverse engineering restrictions do not cover activities permitted by law. If substantiated abuse requires restricting an affected feature, the measure must be proportionate and open to review through support, while preserving rights relating to purchases and data.
8. Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy explains local data, optional Apple sign-in, simulated purchases, hosting and email support. For help, visit Support or email contato@lostlevel.com.br, stating the game and version, without passwords, codes or card details.
9. Your rights and changes
These terms do not exclude statutory warranties, liability for faults or harm where exclusion is not permitted, or consumer and data protection rights. They do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to consumer protection bodies and competent courts. Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code and other applicable mandatory rules remain preserved.
We may update this page, showing a new date and communicating material changes. Changes will not retroactively reduce mandatory rights or the benefit of a valid purchase. Back to TRIZ.
