AVESSO is in development. Versions with advertising enabled may display ads between rounds. Loading and displaying ads depend on service configuration, availability, and applicable choices and permissions. This policy explains how data is used by the game, Apple purchases, and advertising and consent providers.
Who looks after your data.
Thales Schmalz Toniolo, an independent Brazilian developer publishing as LostLevel, is responsible for data processing in the AVESSO operation and this website. For questions or privacy requests, email contato@lostlevel.com.br and identify the game.
You do not need a LostLevel account to play. The current version has no Game Center, online leaderboard or complete backup on studio servers. We do not integrate our own gameplay analytics or automatic crash reporting tool; store and advertising services have their own processing, explained below.
What stays on your device.
- Your weave: encounters, marks, chains, pieces, chosen intention, goals, choices and progress between sessions.
- Preferences and records: language, audio, haptics, gentle pace, reduced effects, contrast, alternative buttons, free appearance and best score.
- Operational records: local random identifiers, round seeds and identifiers, progress state, counts of rounds and ad opportunities, and the date of the last actual impression, if any. They preserve progress and prevent repeated ad opportunities.
- Verified purchase: evidence protected on the device to recognize Remove Ads, including product, transaction, original transaction, store environment, date and grant or revocation status.
These records are not sent as a complete save to a LostLevel server. The weave and rounds work offline. Purchasing and restoring still depend on Apple services. The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone or precise location for play.
Optional purchases through Apple.
Remove Ads is a non-consumable, one-time purchase with no subscription. The game queries the App Store for availability and price, to request a purchase, verify transactions and restore the right. The store may also be queried when opening the app, even while ads are disabled.
Apple manages your Apple Account, billing and full payment details. LostLevel does not receive your password or card number. The game handles product and transaction identifiers, dates, environment and signed validity or revocation information provided by Apple. Evidence of a previously verified purchase remains in protected device storage to recognize the benefit, including offline; it does not use iCloud Keychain.
Under Settings → Remove Ads → Restore Purchases, you can recover an eligible purchase with the same Apple Account. This does not restore the weave or progress from another device. Refund or revocation records received from Apple may change the right. See App Store & Privacy — Apple.
Advertising and the services involved.
The prepared ad-supported version uses interstitials between completed rounds; this integration has no banners or rewarded ads. Remove Ads suspends interstitials while a valid purchase is recognized. Buying is not required to play or decline permissions.
The services below may be used in versions and development tests with advertising enabled, after applicable privacy checks and choices. Versions with advertising disabled do not request ads. Publishing this page alone does not enable advertising in the app.
- Unity LevelPlay / ironSource: delivers and measures advertising. Processing may involve device and advertising identifiers, technical data, ad impressions and interactions, and performance. Advertising identifier use and tracking depend on applicable permissions. See the Unity privacy policy for players and LevelPlay data information.
- Unity Ad Quality: an advertising quality component included in this integration. It may process device identifiers, performance data and other diagnostics for quality analysis and functionality, under Unity’s policy.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): presents messages and manages privacy choices. It may process approximate location, product interaction and performance for that purpose. UMP is the consent service used here; its presence does not mean AVESSO serves ads through Google AdMob. See the Google Privacy Policy and UMP explanation.
Consent messages must identify applicable partners and their purposes. Before adding other advertising services or changing data use, we will update this policy and the necessary choices.
Consent, refusal and tracking.
Reading this policy does not constitute consent. When processing requires your choice, the applicable form must present it before advertising. Under Settings → Privacy → Advertising choices, the game offers form review when that control is required. Availability and language of external messages may vary by region and service.
Apple’s tracking authorization is separate from ad privacy choices. If requested, you can accept or decline it; later, you can manage it in the iPhone’s privacy settings. Declining ATT does not mean consenting to contextual ads or other data uses. Learn about Apple’s tracking control.
You can play without authorizing tracking. Refusal, a form error or incomplete configuration does not block rounds. When choices are reviewed, the game suspends new ad loads and displays and discards prepared ads while reassessing permission; this does not erase data already processed by providers. Requests about those records may also require the respective service’s channels.
We use data needed for progress, purchase delivery and support to provide requested features; legal obligations may require processing and retention. Applicable advertising consents are separate. Service security and rights requests follow relevant legal grounds and limits, without assuming general authorization from use of the game.
Website and support contact.
This website has no analytics, ads, tracking cookies or external fonts. Language is selected through links. Hosting uses Amazon S3 in the United States and Amazon CloudFront for global delivery. We have not enabled S3 or CloudFront access logs; AWS processes technical information needed for delivery and protection, such as IP address and request metadata. See AWS privacy information.
When you email us, you share your address, message and chosen attachments. We use Google Workspace to respond and investigate requests. This page does not send a report automatically. Do not send passwords, codes or card details. See Google Workspace data protection.
Apple, Unity, Google and AWS may process information outside Brazil, depending on the service. The operation must observe applicable international transfer requirements; provider policies explain their processing and separate channels.
How long data remains.
Progress and preferences remain on the device as needed for the game. Clearing data or removing the app may delete the weave; reinstalling does not guarantee recovery. System backups, if enabled, follow Apple’s controls.
Protected purchase evidence may remain on the device after app removal. Apple also keeps store records under its own rules. Uninstalling does not request a refund or automatically erase data already held by advertising or consent services. Those providers apply their retention criteria and privacy channels.
We retain support messages as needed to handle and follow up on the request, resolve problems and meet applicable obligations. To request deletion or information about your case’s retention period, use the contact email. When an obligation requires retention, we will explain the applicable limit; we do not promise to erase every third-party record through a request to the studio.
Requests about your data.
Email contato@lostlevel.com.br to request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, portability where applicable, anonymization, blocking or deletion, objection and consent withdrawal. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We do not require documents unnecessarily.
We assess requests under the law and for data under our responsibility. Withdrawing consent does not prevent legally required retention. You can contact the competent data protection authority, including ANPD in Brazil. Rights under Brazil’s LGPD remain preserved.
Audience and updates.
AVESSO is intended for a general audience and is not presented as a children’s app. Follow the store’s age rating and family controls. Processing children’s and teenagers’ data must observe their protection and best interests; guardians can contact us about data or purchases without sending documents before they are needed.
We will update this policy when features, providers or practices change, keeping the revision date and communicating material changes appropriately. See also Support, Terms of Use and Credits.
