Terms of Use

Clear rules for playing, looking after progress and finding help.

Updated 30/10/2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover the use of Almighty Cow and its official features. The responsible developer is Thales Schmalz Toniolo, an independent Brazilian developer publishing as Lost Level. Send questions to contato@lostlevel.com.br.

They supplement the store’s conditions and your rights under law. For a copy obtained through the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA remains applicable unless the store supplies a specific license. This page does not replace that Apple agreement. Other stores’ applicable distribution terms are also respected.

2. Age and permitted use

Follow your store’s age rating and legal age requirements. If you are a minor, participate with guardian permission and supervision where required. Platform family controls can help manage purchases and online features. Reading these terms does not authorize advertising, tracking or optional data processing.

You may use a legitimately supplied copy for personal, non-exclusive play under the platform license. The game, artwork, music and marks belong to their respective owners, identified in the credits. Do not resell copies or distribute content without permission; uses and exceptions permitted by law remain available.

3. This game’s features

Solo play works offline. Two-player co-op requires an internet connection, Game Center, compatible versions and another available player. Invitations, leaderboards and display names also follow Apple’s rules and controls. Do not submit false results or interfere with your partner’s connection. The game does not include advertising.

4. Optional purchases

The six in-game store upgrades are optional, permanent, non-consumable purchases. Check the product and price before confirming. A purchased upgrade must be enabled to take effect. In co-op, eligible upgrades enabled by either player benefit the team without stacking duplicates; this does not transfer ownership of a purchase to the partner. Restoring purchases requires a connection and the same Apple Account.

Billing, approval, restoration and refund requests follow the procedures of the store used, without limiting mandatory rights. A pending purchase grants its benefit only after confirmation. If a confirmed item is not delivered or you have a billing question, contact support and the store; do not send card details. Nothing here prevents a refund, correction or another remedy available under law.

5. Progress and availability

Preferences, records and enabled upgrades stay on your device. The Game Center leaderboard receives eligible Normal solo results; it is not a complete backup of the game. Reinstalling or changing devices may cause local data loss. Eligible permanent purchases can be restored, but this does not restore your records or preferences.

Connections, platform services and compatibility can affect online features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or particular results. Updates may fix faults and adjust the game; material changes will be communicated appropriately. Changes do not remove acquired rights or legal support and supply obligations.

6. Fair play and security

Do not cheat, tamper with transactions, forge results, attack services or attempt to access another person’s data. Restrictions on reverse engineering do not cover activities permitted by law. For substantiated abuse, we may proportionately restrict access to affected features and explain the action where possible. You can request review through support; sanctions do not remove legal rights concerning purchases or data.

7. Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy explains local data, providers and choices applicable to the game. Optional consent is requested and managed separately. For help, visit game support or write to contato@lostlevel.com.br, stating the game and version, without passwords or login codes.

8. Your rights and changes

These terms do not exclude statutory warranties, liability for faults or harm where exclusion is not legally permitted, or consumer and data protection rights. They do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to consumer protection bodies and competent courts. We may update this page, showing the date and notifying you of material changes; we will not retroactively reduce mandatory rights.
