The website section describes current public hosting; the game sections describe the local prototype. Retention periods, legal bases and providers for public game operation will be defined before release.
About this project.
LostLevel is the independent project of Thales Schmalz Toniolo, responsible for developing Primal Pals. This page brings together information identified in the prototype and the decisions required before public release.
When visiting this website.
This website does not use analytics, ads, tracking cookies or external fonts. Language selection uses links. Hosting uses Amazon S3 in us-east-1 (United States) and Amazon CloudFront for global delivery. We have not enabled S3 or CloudFront access logs; AWS processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses and request metadata.
When you email support, you share your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use Google Workspace to respond and investigate the issue. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, follow up and resolve the request, or meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords or card details. These providers may process information outside Brazil. For requests to access, correct or delete information you sent us, email contato@lostlevel.com.br.
Provider information: AWS data privacy and Google Workspace security and data protection.
The support form prepares a file on your device. The studio receives it only if you choose to email it; it is not sent automatically or saved in a website account.
Data used by the game prototype.
- Account: player identifier, display name and authentication links for account access and recovery.
- Email: address provided to link or recover the account and verify temporary codes.
- Progress: coins, collection, inventory, Pals, matches and season information to maintain game state.
- Social features: friend and team information when these features are used.
- Security: technical information and attempt limits needed to protect account operations.
Progress is stored in the game services. The authentication service verifies email access. Game Center can verify platform identity; Google Play Games integration still needs configuration.
Purposes, services and retention.
The prototype uses this data for authentication, account recovery, progress storage, game features and protection against misuse. Current email codes are delivered to a local test mailbox.
Public game service providers, processing regions, applicable legal bases and retention periods still need to be defined. This version does not establish a deletion deadline or promise a deletion service that has not yet been made available.
Requests about your data.
Brazil's LGPD provides rights such as confirmation and access, correction and, where applicable, deletion and other requests about data processing. Contact us for information; the procedure for public operation will be detailed before release.
Privacy questions and requests for information about account recovery or deletion can be sent to contato@lostlevel.com.br.
See the ANPD guidance on data protection.
Before a public game release.
This notice will be updated with production providers, any international transfers, retention criteria and the support procedure. The game's age rating and measures related to children and adolescents also need to be defined.
