1. About these terms
These terms describe the use of One More Star and its official presentation and testing features. The responsible developer is Thales Schmalz Toniolo, an independent Brazilian developer publishing as LostLevel. Questions: contato@lostlevel.com.br. They supplement platform conditions and legal rights. For a copy obtained through the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA remains applicable unless the store provides a specific license. This page does not replace that agreement or configure a custom EULA in App Store Connect.
2. Age and permitted use
Use a legitimately supplied copy for personal, non-exclusive play under the applicable license. Follow platform age requirements and ratings when the game is distributed. Minors should have guardian permission and supervision where required. Reading these terms does not authorize optional data processing. The story, artwork, music and marks have their respective owners, identified in the credits. Do not redistribute copies or files without permission; uses and exceptions permitted by law remain available.
3. The game in development
One More Star is in development for iPhone and iPad. Saint Dust is the current first chapter; later chapters are presented as future content. Images, descriptions and test features do not guarantee a release date, future access or every feature in the final version. These pages do not offer purchases or reservations.
4. Story resources
Your balance, tips, popularity, bus ticket and Mimo are narrative simulation resources. They are not money, investments or items offered for cash withdrawal or trading outside the game. The current implementation does not offer StoreKit purchases. Jobs and prices within the story do not represent real charges. Any monetization changes must be explained before the corresponding offer.
5. Progress and availability
Up to three careers stay on your device, with names, choices and activities in progress. Deleting a story, clearing data, reinstalling or changing devices may result in lost progress. There is no separate LostLevel account keeping an automatic copy or guaranteeing recovery. Contact support before changing the installation to address a fault. Development versions may need compatibility and balance adjustments; material changes and migration needs will be communicated appropriately. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but changes do not remove acquired rights or legal obligations.
6. Fair use and security
Do not use tampered files to attack services, access another person’s information or unlawfully distribute content. Restrictions on reverse engineering do not cover activities permitted by law. Measures for substantiated abuse must be proportionate to affected features, explained where possible and open to review through support. They do not remove legal rights concerning data or supply.
7. Privacy and support
The privacy policy explains local storage, the website and support. For help, visit support or email contato@lostlevel.com.br with the game and version, without passwords, login codes or card details.
8. Your rights and changes
These terms do not exclude statutory warranties, liability for faults or harm where exclusion is not legally permitted, or consumer and data protection rights. They do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to consumer protection bodies or competent courts. Changes will show a revision date and be communicated where material, without retroactively reducing mandatory rights.
