About this policy
One More Star is an independent project by Thales Schmalz Toniolo, publishing as LostLevel. This policy describes the current iPhone and iPad implementation, these pages and support. Future integrations will be described when they become part of the game. For questions and requests, email contato@lostlevel.com.br.
What stays on your device
The game stores up to three careers locally. Each story includes your star’s chosen name, appearance, choices, days and time periods, simulation resources, popularity, Mimo, encounters, friendships, activities and chapter progress. The name can be fictional; you do not need to provide your real name. Language and audio settings also stay on the device.
How progress is used
The data lets you resume a career and retain the results of your choices. Saves stay in the app’s data area and preferences in local settings. The game does not automatically send these files to a LostLevel server or provide complete synchronization between devices.
Accounts, ads and purchases
The current version does not require a LostLevel account, integrate Game Center or implement an advertising network, advertising tracking, third-party analytics SDK or StoreKit billing. Money, tips and other scene resources belong to the simulation; they are not real-money payments.
System services
This implementation does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts or location. Apple’s system, distribution and diagnostic services may process information according to their policies and your device or Apple Account settings. Opening an external link uses your browser and connection. See the Apple Privacy Policy and your account controls.
Retention and deletion
Stories and preferences remain on your device while retained by the app and system. Deleting a story removes its local progress. Uninstalling, clearing data or changing devices may result in lost stories and settings. Device backups, where available and enabled, follow Apple’s controls; the studio does not guarantee recovery of a career. LostLevel does not keep an automatic copy of your saves in a separate account.
Website and support
This website does not use analytics, ads, tracking cookies or external fonts. Language selection uses links. Hosting uses Amazon S3 in us-east-1 (United States) and Amazon CloudFront for global delivery. We have not enabled S3 or CloudFront access logs; AWS processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses and request metadata.
Support messages and your rights
When you email contato@lostlevel.com.br, you share your email address, message and selected attachments. We use Google Workspace to respond and investigate the request. We retain correspondence as needed for support and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, login codes or card details. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to LostLevel, email us; we will respond according to applicable obligations.
Providers and updates
Apple, AWS and Google may process information outside Brazil according to their services and policies. See AWS data privacy and Google Workspace data protection. We will publish changes here and update the revision date before new integrations or changes to data handling.
