Frequently asked questions.

How do I control the rain?

Drag on the board to aim and release to launch. Droplets bounce around, and the first one back sets the next shower’s position. Break the crystals before they reach the garden line. You can also open the guide from the pause menu.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Expedition, Daily Sky and local progress work offline. Daily Sky uses your device’s date. Purchases, restoration and Game Center synchronization require a connection and Apple services.

How do I continue an adventure?

The game saves automatically. Leaving through the pause menu preserves your adventure. If the app closes during a shower, it restores the board from before that launch to avoid duplicate rewards. Restarting or switching modes during an adventure asks for confirmation.

What are breezes and Pocket Sun?

A breeze clears the lowest row and can also give you one second chance per adventure. A charged Pocket Sun removes up to four crystals. You can earn resources while playing; purchases are optional.

How do I restore purchases?

Use Restore Purchases in the shop with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. The permanent Cosmo look is restorable. Stars and breezes are consumables: restoration does not recreate used items or the initial Cosmo bonus. Restoring purchases does not restore your entire saved adventure.

Why is my score missing from Game Center?

Check your connection and Game Center sign-in. The game keeps eligible progress queued for another synchronization attempt. Game Center uses results from new adventures and does not automatically submit old demo or development history. It is optional and does not back up your full inventory.

Can I change the language, sound and vibration?

Yes. Settings lets you choose PT-BR, English or the device language, and control music, effects, vibration and reduced motion. Changing language preserves your adventure; store currency depends on your Apple Account.

Tell us what happened.

Include the game version, your iPhone or iPad model, iOS/iPadOS version and steps to reproduce the issue. Attach a screenshot if helpful.

Avoid deleting or reinstalling the app as a first troubleshooting step: progress is stored on your device. Do not send passwords, access codes, card details or unnecessary information.

Purchases and refunds.

Purchases are optional and processed by Apple. Prices and currency appear before confirmation. Pending purchases, including family approval requests, only unlock content after confirmation.

If a purchase was confirmed but content did not appear, reopen the game online and contact support if the problem continues. For permanent items, try Restore Purchases.
