Nimbo has no ads or third-party analytics. Purchases are optional, and Game Center can be used for leaderboards and achievements. This policy describes the current iOS implementation and will be reviewed before release if features change.
About the project.
Nimbo: Pocket Rain is developed by Thales Schmalz Toniolo under the name LostLevel, an independent Brazilian project. This policy covers the iPhone/iPad game and this website.
You do not need a LostLevel account to play. For privacy requests, email contato@lostlevel.com.br.
What stays on your device.
The game automatically saves your current adventure, garden progress, stars, breezes, cloud looks and trails, records, local achievements, and language, audio, vibration and reduced-motion preferences. These records let you continue playing and keep your choices between sessions.
The save also contains technical records of verified purchases and a Game Center progress queue organized by player identifier. They prevent duplicate purchase delivery and mixing progress between accounts. Nimbo does not upload your complete save to a LostLevel server.
Expedition and Daily Sky work offline. The daily route is calculated from your device’s date; it does not need to send your location or contact a calendar service.
Optional purchases through Apple.
The game uses StoreKit 2 and the App Store to retrieve products and prices, process purchases, verify transactions and restore permanent items. Products include consumable star/breeze packs and the non-consumable Cosmo look. Prices and details appear before confirmation.
Apple manages the Apple Account, billing and payment details. LostLevel does not receive your card number or password. To recognize benefits and prevent duplicate delivery, the game handles product, transaction and original transaction identifiers, type, quantity, dates and purchase or revocation status, as provided by StoreKit.
A random identifier tied to the save, the appAccountToken, is sent to Apple with a purchase request to associate the transaction with content delivery. Benefit records and processed transaction records are stored in the local progress file.
Restore Purchases can recover the permanent look with the same Apple Account, but does not recreate spent consumables or the original Cosmo purchase bonus. It does not restore your entire game progress.
Leaderboards and achievements.
Game Center is optional. When you authenticate, the game receives your game-scoped player identifier and display name. Scores, highest sky reached and eligible achievement progress are submitted to Apple. Pending results may synchronize when the connection or service becomes available again.
The player identifier organizes the local queue by account. Nimbo does not query your friends list or maintain a friends database. Leaderboards are general; Daily Sky does not have a separate daily leaderboard in this version.
Your nickname, profile, scores and achievements may be visible in Game Center features according to Apple’s controls. You can manage your account and visibility in system settings. Declining sign-in or signing out does not prevent offline play.
Game Center stores results and achievements; it does not back up all your stars, breezes, looks or current adventure.
Your choices.
- You can play offline, without a LostLevel account and without making purchases.
- Purchases, restoration and online synchronization require a connection and Apple services.
- The game displays no ads, integrates no ad networks and does not track you across apps or websites for advertising.
- This implementation has no third-party analytics SDK and does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone or location.
- Guardians can use Apple’s family and purchase controls to manage purchases on the device.
Retention and deletion.
Your save and preferences remain on the device to maintain game features and progress. Uninstalling may delete them; reinstalling does not guarantee recovery of an adventure or consumables. Device backups, when you enable them in system settings, follow Apple’s controls.
Deleting the app or signing out of Game Center does not automatically delete purchase history, scores or account data held by Apple. Use that provider’s privacy and support controls for those records. For information you send to LostLevel, request access, correction or deletion by email; we will respond according to applicable obligations.
Website and support.
This website has no analytics, ads, tracking cookies or external fonts. Language is selected through links. Hosting uses Amazon S3 in us-east-1 (United States) and Amazon CloudFront with global delivery. We have not enabled S3 or CloudFront access logging; AWS processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses and request metadata.
When you email contato@lostlevel.com.br, you share your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use Google Workspace to respond and investigate the request. We retain these messages for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or card details.
Apple, AWS and Google may process information outside Brazil according to their services and policies. Provider information: AWS data privacy and Google Workspace data protection.
Updates.
This page will be updated if features or data handling change. The latest policy will remain at this address with its revision date. New platforms or integrations will be described when they become part of the game.
